General Terms
»	Basically 1x20 feet container is necessary for minimum order.
»	Maximum 10 different items in one order.
»	We only deliver your order in FOB Jakarta basis.

Delivery Time
»	Our delivery time may vary from 45 days to 65 days depend on our production load at that time.

Term of Payment
We accept two kind of payment:
»	At Sight Letter of Credit: In this case please allow 10 working days more for bank correspondence.
»	Telegraphic Transfer: In this case 40 % of down payment is needed. Balance payment (60%) should be settled within 7 working days after you received the document (invoice & bill of lading) by fax. We will send the original document by courier after we received your balance payment.
